A mum claims she felt “back to normal” just three days after giving birth at home – thanks to pole dancing while pregnant…

Georgie Baddley, 26, took up the exercise regime two years ago after struggling to shift the pounds following the birth of her first two babies. Through the exercise regime she lost over 30 kilogrammes.

When she fell pregnant with baby number three, she vowed to keep her fitness up and attended pole dancing class right up until 39 weeks. She gave birth at home, and says the birth was completely different to the first two.

Labour lasted only two and a half hours, and her recovery period was much shorter. Baddley says she felt ‘normal’ again after just three days, and headed back to dancing after a week!
