Springboks Victory Parade: Cape Town routes and times, 11 November_1

The Springboks Victory Parade wraps up on Monday 11 November as the bus makes its way through the streets of Cape Town.


The open-top bus has already done its thing in Pretoria, Johannesburg, Durban, East London and Port Elizabeth.


Capetonians can expect some disruptions to traffic in the city centre where the Springboks Victory Parade gets underway.

The Springboks Victory Parade tour will start at City Hall at 10:30 heading along Darling Street towards Adderley.


Once the bus has turned into Adderley Street it will proceed to Wale Street from where it will turn left onto Long Street.


The parade through the city centre will then head right into Buitensingel and then right again onto Loop Street.


From Loop the bus will turn right into Strand Street before turning left back into Adderley street, the bus will then proceed out of the city centre to travel through Langa, Belhar and Elsies River.

The bus will turn right onto Hertzog Boulevard then onto Nelson Mandela Boulevard and onto the N2.


The Springboks Victory Parade will arrive in Langa via the Bhunga Avenue offramp the tour will proceed onto Washington Drive towards Jakes Gerwel and right towards N2 to depart for Belhar.


The tour will approach Belhar via the N2, R300 and Stellenbosch Arterial. The parade procession will then turn right onto Symphony Way into Robert Sobukwe. At around 15:15 the bus is expected to turn left onto De la Rey Street to head through Ravensmead.


The bus will take a left onto Francie van Zijl Drive towards Uitsig and Elsies River before hading back to their hotel via Jakes Gerwel and the N2.
