Exercise or massage

Exercise releases those feel good hormones known as endorphins. Endorphins are often regarded as the body’s natural painkillers. Engaging in a regular exercise routine can offer many potential benefits to the body such as better flexibility, strength as well as muscle tone. It may help to diminish pain in the long term as you become more fit and strong.

Just like exercise, a massage can improve your blood circulation whilst relieving tension and stress. It can thus help to relieve pain and discomfort too.
