And this new doctor who my kids and I have been seeing just said we all have allergies to it… So many people keep saying you’re not really supposed to have dairy after you’re a year old. We do have it once in a while, but in the last six weeks, we’ve had it like, twice,” she told POPSUGAR in a 2016 interview.
Kourtney shared her morning routine on Instagram recently and revealed she likes to start her day with a collagen powder drink to help keep her skin looking younger.
“It has hyaluronic acid so it’s really good for your skin. And of course, it has collagen, which is great for skin, hair, nails—so many benefits. I drink this every morning. It also has protein, so it keeps me full until after my workout,” she said.
