A fire broke out on Christmas Day in a home on the 1100 block of Cedar Grove Road in Broomall, Delaware County, completely destroying the residence.
Fire crews arrived at the scene around 1 a.m. and took over two hours to bring the fire under control. Five people have been displaced as a result of the fire and are now without a home. Two individuals were treated for smoke inhalation at the scene, but it is unknown if further medical treatment was required.
The cause of the fire is currently being investigated.
