According to Sports Bild, German club Bayern Munich have reached an agreement with Manchester City winger Leroy Sane as he's set to sign a 5-year contract.
Sané has attracted strong interest from Bayern since last year and the Bundesliga side are now more intent on signing him.
With personal terms now sorted, Bayern have reportedly opened talks with Manchester City in an effort to drive down Sané's transfer fee.
The Manchester club has however maintained they wouldn't be selling the German international for less than the €100million they slapped on him last year.
Sport Bild claims Bayern has made an opening bid of €40 million, which would be far below the €100 million that the club was prepared to pay last season.
The Bundesliga giants are banking on Sané's personal commitment to the transfer to put pressure on City to sell him at the considerable lesser fee, with Bayern not willing to spend anything more than €60 million on the talented winger.
