French Montana makes NBA YoungBoy's list of top five favorite rappers

In a recent episode of his Never Broke Again Radio program on Amazon's Amp platform, rapper NBA YoungBoy shared his list of his top five favorite rappers.

The list included French Montana, Young Thug, Shy Glizzy, and the late Soulja Slim. YoungBoy has worked with all of the artists on the list except for Slim, who passed away in 2003.

Slim is known for his original song "Slow Motion" and for Juvenile's hit version of the track. NBA YoungBoy has collaborated with French Montana before, appearing on his song "So Real," which was featured on his 2020 mixtape CB5. The rapper has also worked with Yeat on "I Don't Text Back," which was included on his Hey Ma' I Got A Family album, and with Shy Glizzy on "Hard," which was featured on his 3800 Degrees project. In addition to these collaborations, YoungBoy has appeared on various leaked songs with Young Thug, though none of them have been officially released.

Several other artists, including DaBaby, Snoop Dogg, and Trippie Redd, have named NBA YoungBoy as one of their favorite rappers in the past.
