Glee star Ali Stroker has announced the birth of her first child, a baby boy named Jesse Kenneth Perlow. She shared a series of photos on Instagram of her new family of three, saying, "World meet Jesse Kenneth Perlow! Born 11/8 healthy and so happy to be here! Life will never be the same. We are so lucky that you are our boy!"
In the photos, Ali can be seen sitting in her wheelchair holding Jesse in her arms, while her husband David holds up a sign that reads "Jesse 1 month old."
Ali rose to fame on the reality TV show The Glee Project, which saw actors audition for roles on Glee. She then appeared on the hit show as the bride's niece in a 2013 episode.
Stroker, who has been paraplegic since she was in a car crash at the age of two, made history in 2015 as the first wheelchair-bound actress on Broadway, and four years later became the first actress in a wheelchair to win a Tony. She and her husband David Perlow, a theatre director, started dating in 2015 and married in 2021.
