Editorial Review: Olamide's 12th Studio Album UY Scuti drops in 4 days

Nigerian rapper, Olamide Adedeji is dropping his 12th studio album, UY Scuti on June 18, 2020, here's our take on the forthcoming project.

Olamide's rise to fame began in 2010. He released his debut studio album Rapsodi in 2011 under Coded Tunes. In 2012, he released second album, YBNL under his record label YBNL Nation. Olamide continued the pace as one of the hottest rapper in the street after which he released third album Baddest Guy Ever Liveth in 2013.

Since then, Olamide has been a regular guy, dishing out new album every year. Fast forward to 2020, he released Carpe Diem album.

One crucial thing we noticed is that, in the course of making music, Olamide likes helping upcoming raw talents in a scheme that has seen the likes of Davolee, Fireboy DML, Picazzo, Limerick, etc, being brought to limelight.

Few days ago, the 32-year-old rapper released the project's track list which shows it will be hosting 11 tracks with guest contributions from 4 artists; Phyno, Jaywillz, Fave & Layydoe.
