Nigerian international singer, David Adedeji Adeleke popularly known as Davido is celebrating 10 years of making music.
Davido's rise to fame started when he released "Dami Duro" which came as the second track off his debut studio album "Omo Baba Olowo" which was released in 2012. At the same year, he bagged Next Rated Award at the Headies Awards.
The 28-year old songwriter continues his scintillating music career as he bagged a record deal with Sony's RCA Records in 2016. He then started his own record label, Davido Music World (DMW) to which talented artistes like Mayorkun, Dremo, Yonda, Idowest, Peruzzi and a few others have been signed.
In October 2016, Davido released a 5-track EP Son of Mercy, which hosted chart topping tracks like "Gbagbe Oshi", "How Long" and "Coolest Kid in Africa".
In November 2019, Davido released his second studio album, A Good Time which hosted 16 solid tracks including longest-charting Nigerian pop song in Billboard history, "Fall". He released his third studio album, A Better Time in November 2020.
